The KIMbcn Foundation presents at CaixaForum Macaya the cycle Technology under tension 2026, a space for reflection to analyze, from a human, social and economic perspective, the tensions that arise when technology advances faster than our collective capacity for adaptation. Thursday, March 12, at 6:30 PM - "STEM deficit. The fragile foundation of the technological system." The session addresses the scarcity of scientific and technological profiles as one of the main weaknesses of the current technological system. Monday, May 4, at 6:30 PM - "Talent management in the age of AI. People, AI and operational continuity." This session analyzes how organizations that manage long-lived systems and infrastructures face the incorporation of artificial intelligence in a context of generational change. Thursday, October 8, at 6:30 PM - "Critical data and risk management. Deciding in contexts of high uncertainty." This session analyzes the role of data and predictive models to anticipate risks in urban and territorial systems subject to climate change, urban pressure and the growing vulnerability of infrastructures.
